Booking a Babysitter
1. Submit an Enquiry
Tell us your dates and what you need — number of kids, ages and timing — and we'll send you a list of vetted babysitters available at your resort within 24 hours.
2. Pick a babysitter & pay a deposit
Choose a babysitter (or accept an offer from one who's applied to your enquiry) and pay a secure deposit through Stripe to lock the booking in. Any remaining balance is settled directly with your babysitter.
3. Babysitter confirms
Your babysitter gets one last look at the booking and confirms they can make it before anything's fully locked in — so you're never left stuck the night before.
4. Enjoy the mountain
Message your babysitter directly with drop-off details, then hit the slopes. Leave a review afterwards to help other families.

Working With Us
1. Sign up & get verified
Create a free babysitter account and upload a valid Working with Children Check — this is required before your profile goes live for families to find. A First Aid certificate is optional but recommended.
2. Set up your profile
Add a photo, your bio, hourly rate, experience and which resorts you cover. The more complete your profile, the more bookings you'll get.
3. Get matched or apply
Browse open enquiries in your resort and make an offer with your own price.
4. Get paid
The parent's payment locks the booking in. You get paid by us. Build your rating with every booking you complete.

How much does it cost?
Babysitters set their own hourly rate. A small platform fee is added to the deposit parents pay to lock in a booking — the exact amount is always shown before you pay.
Is it free to sign up?
Yes — creating an account, browsing babysitters and posting an enquiry are all free for parents. Babysitters also sign up for free.
What if my babysitter cancels?
If a babysitter has to back out after a deposit's been paid, we help find a replacement as a priority. A refund is provided if none are found.
Which resorts do you cover?
Mount Hotham, Falls Creek and Mt Buller in Victoria, and Perisher and Thredbo in New South Wales.
